Time clock data can be used in conjunction with the timesheets functionality, or it can be used on its own to record the clock in and clock out times of staff. When used with the timesheets, time clock times can be converted into timesheets by a manager, and those timesheets can then be used in the reports to calculate the actual hours worked and the actual labour costs.
