We’re not here to pretend that scheduling employees is anybody’s favourite job. We know it’s one of those things that needs to be done, and done well, but that most managers also want to get out of the way as quickly as possible.

So we designed a rota builder that people would already understand how to use. Why should you take time learning a new tool when you can achieve great results with something that feels familiar?

Our drag and drop scheduler is just like editing a spreadsheet, albeit one with additional helpful features that is already set up for scheduling! The tool recognises shift times and uses these for reminders and reporting.

Creating a shift is as simple as entering times into a cell! Our keyboard shortcuts make it easier to duplicate and reuse shifts as well. Reusable templates mean you can create weeks of schedules in just minutes of your time.

Need to adapt your rota? That can be a pain, but not with Findmyshift. Editing cells is just as straightforward, and you can even edit multiple cells at once if you need to make wholesale changes at once.

Native integrations with other essential apps

If you do need to add another tool to your suite of enterprise solutions, you at least want it to work alongside the ones you’re already using. We’re not going to pretend that we are at the scale of apps like Slack just yet!

They’ll also always have access to the latest version of the schedule wherever they are, thanks to calendar integrations, a live site, and our mobile app.

Easy for employees too
