Tips on out-of-hours messaging
Need to contact staff outside of their shifts? Here are some tips on maintaining a happy and motivated workforce.
Sending work messages during staff’s personal time is disruptive. So it’s a good idea to have an honest conversation with about it from the outset. Agree on the circumstances in which it’s going to be necessary and ask their preferred means for you to get in contact.
