How do my staff find out their passwords to check their shift rota?
Individual staff member's log-in details are attached to their welcome email when they are added to the rota. The welcome email sits in the Outbox until it is sent by a manager. If your staff do not get their welcome email they can use the "Forgot password" feature to send themselves a new password.
Alternatively, if a staff member has not yet logged in and changed their password, administrators can see their default password on their staff profile and are able to pass this on to them directly. If they have logged in and changed their password administrators are able to reset their password.
