Findmyshift runs right inside your web browser so you can access it anywhere and any-time you may need to.
Findmyshift supports all the major web-browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome. Being 100% web-based, you have the freedom to work on your PC or Mac, desktop, laptop or netbook.

Well if you haven't used Excel for scheduling, you're probably still using paper. For those not familiar with Excel, it's an application by Microsoft for formatting data in rows and columns, and generating reports. So it can be pretty useful if you're drawing up a rota.
So, Excel's great. It's fast, flexible and with basic computer degree and a week and a half to spare, you can probably generate some cost reports from your rota. OK, so maybe it's not for everyone. The point is, we liked it so much we based our application on it.

It doesn't matter if you're business has 2 or 200 staff, we've made our prices are simple and competitive.
We charge £10.95 per month for each staff rota and you're completely free to add as many staff as you like to your rotas, at any point.
The monthly access fee of £10.95 includes unique passwords for each staff member, unlimited access, unlimited email messaging and full access to all features of the system.
So rest assured that when your business grows, our prices won't.
We hate subscriptions!
There's nothing worse than having to pay for something that you don't need. So we've put in place a simple, honest pay as you go system.
When your rota access expires and if you'd like to extend, you can purchase a top-up online. If not, just leave your account inactive and it will automatically expire after 90 days, no questions asked.
All accounts start with a 2 week free trial and at that point there's nothing to pay, no credit card required and absolutely no obligation to continue.
Let staff request changes online.
Once staff are logged in, they're able to make requests for either a new shift or cancel an existing shift. Managers are notified by email and can then log in to accept or decline the request.
This not only applies to shifts, as staff are also able to request time off. A similar process to shift approval, managers must log in to approve or decline the time off request.

Keep an eye on your costs.
We've now made it easier than ever to keep track of your day to day running costs with our built in budgeting system.
Simply enter your cost targets (or time targets) for each day of the week and our reporting system will handle the rest. You're also able to enter special one-off targets, for things like busy public holidays.
Our reports also take into account your staffs pay rates, any overtime rates and any breaks they've taken, giving you an instant and accurate snapshot of how much you're spending.

We're all human, and we all forgets things. Odds are at some point we're going to forget when we're working.
Well, there's no more excuses for staff to forget shifts as they're now able to log in from home or on their mobile, anywhere and any-time they need to.
Managers also benefit in situations like last minute shift swaps. Being able to contain these situations from the comfort of your own home really is a dream come true. Logging in from home, the swap can be made in just a few clicks of the mouse. No more late night phone arounds as staff can be contacted with an email or text message, straight from the rota.
Fitting in with your business.
It's now possible to customise the look and feel of Findmyshift, by changing the colours, logos, fonts, reports and even by adding extra functionality.
