Each rota is priced at just £15 per month. That's 49p per day, less than a cup of coffee.
There's no contract, no set up fee, no minimum purchase and no hidden charges. Our prices include unlimited staff, so you'll never be charged for extra employees. Prices listed are in British Pounds and are discounted according to how much you pre-pay.
What is a rota?
A rota represents your team, and usually consists of a group of staff members managed by one or more managers. Rotas will include shifts, time off requests, notices and contact details for all staff listed on the rota. The staff members listed on the rota can be in different departments, however, they will all be managed by the same manager(s). If you have two managers managing two separate teams, you will need to use two separate rotas. Rotas are continuous and can be reused week after week for as long as you like by topping-up your access.
Extending your access with top-ups
Top-ups unlock dates on your rota so you can schedule further forward in time. Take for example a rota that is expiring today, May 24th. Purchasing an additional months top-up would enable you to schedule further forward, up until June 24th. You're always in control of how much you top-up and how often.
Top-ups and discounts
When you top-up your access, be that for one, two or twelve months, we discount our prices based on how much you pre-pay. Using the slider below you can explore the discounts we offer. In addition to these automatic discounts, we also offer an additional 50% off to charities and non-profit organisations, and between 5% and 20% off to customers with multiple rotas, so get in touch if you think either of these might apply to your organisation.

Text messaging, credits and discounts
Text messages are also purchased as top-ups and allow you to send notifications direct to your staff's mobile phones. The amount of text credits required to send a message depends upon the length of the message with each text credit allowing for 160 characters. The one month free trial
Your first month managing a staff rota with Findmyshift is completely free, offering unrestricted access to the system, with no obligation to continue or purchase. Once your trial has ended you can extend your trial rota with a top-up, start a new rota, or just leave your account to expire. Staff members and guests that you invite to Findmyshift will never be asked to pay to access your rota.
